Customers who fish The Bait Barn 05-03-09

Here are some customers this weekend who brought their catch back to show off. If you think it is too early to fish, ask these fishermen. The crappie was caught in fall creek and the bass & blue gill were over at 56th and Kessler Blvd.

Robert Sexton caught these fish around 56th Street in Fall Creek on April 23 2009. Average weight was 1.5 pounds. Caught with crappie minnows.

8 Pound Channel Catfish from Fall Creek

Here is a picture of Jermaine and his 8 pound channel that was caught in Fall Creek around 56th Street last week. It's his first year fishing regularly and ever since he caught this one and a Mother Load of Black Crappie in Fall Creek, he's hooked. Jermaine has been fishing daily ever since this picture was taken while looking for work, due to the decline in the economy. Times are hard this year, so you might as well bring a pole and live bait while your job hunting like Jermaine does. I think we could all use an 8 pound catfish to get our minds off the economy!
