Homemade diabetic Apple Butter

HomeMade Diabetic Apple Butter, made with Real apples. For many years my mother canned her own apple butter and gave to family and friends. Fresh off the tree the apples are peeled and de-seeded by hand, washed and slowly simmered for hours to make apple butter. Ingredients are Fresh Apples, Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Splenda sweetener. All canned in a 16oz jar that can be kept on the self until opened then it must be refrigerated. Enjoy apple butter the old fashioned with the only ingredient that is not all natural is a sweetener preferred by most diabetics, including my father. Apples contain a natural substance called pectin, which helps limit the amount of fat absorbed by your cells. Apples also help curb your appetite.
